After being rained out on Friday, March 18th, the Shamrock 40 has been rescheduled for Friday, April 1st in conjunction with the Bob Johnston Classic. Friday, April 1st will be a completely new show, with fresh pill draw, heats and mains. The event will still feature the UMP Late Models and the Big 10 Late Model Series, Modifieds, B-Mods, Belleville Automotive Pure Stocks and BOSS Micros. Late Models will pay $1500 to WIN and Modifieds $750.00 to WIN. Friday, April 1st will serve as the Big 10 Late Model Series season opener and will be the solo appearance for the Big 10 Late Model Series at Belle-Clair Speedway. Millstadt, IL – The 2016 schedule for Belle-Clair Speedway has been released featuring 27 events.  The season will begin with a Test N Tune on Saturday, March 12th before returning to running mainly Friday night events.  Running a mix of racecars, Belle-Clair will again continue to host UMP Late Models, Modifieds, B-Mods, Pure Stocks, and POWRi Midgets and Micros, while adding Mod Lites/Dwarfs and the WAR Sprint Series.  The Mod Lite/Dwarf division has been added to help out Doe Run. 2016 will officially kick off with the Shamrock 40 on Friday, March 18th paying $1500 to WIN for Late Models and $750 to WIN for Modifieds.  This event will be ran in conjunction with Highland Speedway’s Lucky 40 event on Saturday, March 19th.
